1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of mobile applications published by KiloOctet, including Doorli and WallIt (hereinafter "the Applications").

By downloading or using the Applications, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Applications.

3. Use of the Applications

The Applications are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them in accordance with their purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Applications.
• Use the Applications for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms.
• Copy, modify, or distribute all or part of the Applications without authorization.

4. Doorli

Doorli allows you to store building access codes (door codes) on your device. The app is a memorization tool and does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of stored codes. It is your responsibility to verify codes before use.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the Applications are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions, managed by Apple via the App Store.

• Doorli: offers monthly and annual subscriptions for premium features.
• WallIt: offers a one-time purchase for unlimited passes.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple account.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Applications, their content, features, and design are the exclusive property of KiloOctet and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Your personal data (codes, addresses, notes) belongs to you and remains under your control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Applications are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KiloOctet does not guarantee that the Applications will operate without interruption or error.

KiloOctet shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Applications.
• Loss of data stored on your device.
• The accuracy of access codes or stored information.
• Any harm related to the inability to access a building.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• By deleting entries individually in the app.
• By uninstalling the app (deletes all local data).
• By deleting iCloud data via Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.

9. Changes to Terms

KiloOctet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. In case of a substantial change, a notification will be displayed in the app.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may seek a consumer mediator in case of an unresolved dispute.
