These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Doorli mobile application, published by KiloOctet (hereinafter "the Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

Doorli allows you to store building access codes (door codes) on your device. The app is a memorization tool and does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of stored codes. It is your responsibility to verify codes before use.

Some features of the Application are available through an in-app purchase, managed by Apple via the App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at the time of purchase. This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, its content, features, and design are the exclusive property of KiloOctet and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Your personal data (codes, addresses, notes) belongs to you and remains under your control.

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KiloOctet does not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption or error.

KiloOctet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. In case of a substantial change, a notification will be displayed in the app.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may seek a consumer mediator in case of an unresolved dispute.
